Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Aureum only currently delivers within South Africa.


Our deliveries are all carried out by uAfrica which will enable you to track your parcel via email and/or sms from dispatch to delivery. This requires you to provide your personal information to us which will then be shared with uAfrica. No other parties will have access to this confidential information - we take this very seriously.

We offer the following options for delivery:

  • OVN: (1-3 business days) 

  • ECO: (3-5 business days) 

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your waybill number. You can track your parcel manually by entering your waybill number in here. Please ensure that someones is available to sign for the parcel at the delivery destination. If nobody is present, the parcel will be delivered back to Aureum's Head Office and additional fees may apply to re-arrange delivery.

Please note, orders will only be dispatched once proof of payment (POP) is received. Once POP is received, dispatch will be scheduled on that working day.

  • Should POP be received after 1pm, dispatch may only be scheduled for the following working day.

  • Should the order take place over the weekend, dispatch will be scheduled for Monday.

Refund & Return Policy

We hope that you absolutely love your products!


However, in the unlikely event that a product container (excluding outer packaging) is damaged or products are faulty, refunds and returns will be considered provided that they have remained in their unopened, original conditions (the same conditions that products were delivered in).

Please take note of the following conditions:

  • Refunds will only be offered if products are returned within 7 days of receiving them

  • Products must be returned in their original conditions in order to receive a refund

  • We will not take any responsibility for return delivery costs - this needs to be taken on your own account

  • Your original delivery cost will not be refunded

  • This policy only applies to products ordered on

  • If you receive Aureum products as gifts and wish to return them, we will not accept refunds. We will however consider exchanges.

  • If you have had an allergic reaction to one of our products please discontinue use immediately. We are so sorry that this has happened. Please email us ( and we will get back to you ASAP to attend to the situation. 

  • Please send through any refund or return enquiries to Your request will be processed within 5 working days.
